Established in 2007, Poly-Max Sdn Bhd has grown to be the largest manufacturer of Expanded PE (EPE) Foam and Bubble Wrap products in Malaysia. Diversification of our core products into a variety of industries have helped us grow exponentially since our inception.

To showcase our quality and consistent improvements over the years, our manufacturing capability has obtained numerous international certifications;

We offer sustainable products and employ eco-friendly methods to promote a cleaner future through best manufacturing practices.

Sustainability

Investing further into sustainable manufacturing practices, in 2020 we installed 320kw solar PV system to adapt to a growing need for green manufacturing ethos; cutting our CO2 emission by 220MT and saving 1,150 trees annually.

Production

A larger production plant (more than double in size of our existing plant), is under construction and will be operational in 2023. It will be one of the few GBI certified factories in Malaysia, driving our ESG initiatives further. In place are larger solar PV system, rainwater harvesting, edible plantation, and a myriad of energy saving resources.
