Scorching heat from the sun radiates thru roof structures and transmits into our indoor environment; more prominently felt inside houses and factory buildings. The Max.Foil radiant barrier reduces that heat radiation, giving a cooler and consistent atmosphere.

Our roofing insulation rolls are Made in Malaysia by laminating reflective films onto two sides of specially-formulated bubble wrap, giving a surface area of about 500 sq ft (1.2M wide x 40M long) and an R-vaue of 2.0 in thermal conductivity.

The MaxFoil is then laid onto the purlin structure of a roof, and secured onto metal decks or roof tiles, creating an air gap in between.

TESTING

SIRIM Malaysia has stringently tested our product against standards and has approved it. Our product has been awarded the following standards:

MS2095:2014 – Radiant Barrier and Reflective Insulation
BS476 Part 6 & 7 – Fire Test on Building Materials

These standards are crucial in certifying quality products for use in Malaysia’s construction industry, moderated by Malaysia’s Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
