WHAT WE DO
Poly-Max Sdn Bhd (797253-M) began its operations in 2007 as a wholly-owned Malaysian company. Over the past 10 years, our stellar achievement year-on-year can be attributed to an amazing mix of dedicated and highly professional team.
In the beginning, we started with a basic extrusion & foaming line, and have since grown into a complete line manufacturer and product converter. Leading the way in our consistent quality, we are globally certified by Intertek for ISO9001:2015 QMS (Quality Management Systems), and ISO45001:2018 OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety) standards while using RoHS compliant and US-FDA compliant materials in our manufacturing.
Our 3-storey purpose-built facility is situated on 87,000 sq.ft of industrial land, built to comply with local council and Bomba specifications.

OUR FACILITY
Housed in a purpose-built factory, our 2-acre facility is situated near the KLIA (about 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur). All manner of operations is centralised here for easy communication and the running of an efficient manufacturing system. Our facility has authority approval of CF (Certificate of Fitness), JKKP license (Dept of Safety & Health), local council manufacturing license and others in place to ensure all manner of operations are transparent and efficiently managed.
Currently in our employment are about 130 staff (manufacturing and operations) and a handful of our own transport lorries for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
Management takes a very active role in every production and operation level, where immediate decision and action is needed.
